I'm no stranger to creating a positive mindset around life-changing events. In 2016 I overcame a massive heart attack and a breast cancer diagnosis. All this was while I had my leg in plaster due to a ruptured Achilles tendon. Yes, you could say I like a challenge.
In my early years, I successfully navigated business liquidation, a messy divorce, having my leg reconstructed after a bad break and becoming a single parent.
During my cardiac recovery I realised that as a therapist, I was lucky. I was aware that all this 'stuff' could happen to me and it was how I responded and thought about it, that made a difference to how I was feeling.

"Listened to your recording Sallie and your voice straight away put me at ease. What followed was just so tranquil and calming I felt everyone needs a bit of this to make their life better - brilliant and life-changing."
Had the most amazing, enlightening session with Sallie last week for blast therapy. For some background have been unable to work for the past year due to multiple stressful events which have driven me to self harm, suicidal attempts. Moving on from the c**p, I had a session last week and the empowerment I feel is unbelievable. I am back to being me and now in a new job and loving it. This is all because a beautiful lady unlocked my power.
Thank you, Sallie, you're the best! This is just what I needed to relax and de-stress.

“I just wanted to say thank you. For all your help it has definitely worked I'm feeling much happier. Thank you for everything.”
